The full 8 day event is priced at £320 on a daily basis but book the week or weekend or early for discounted pricing. Please pay as soon as you can after Booking as we cannot guarantee to hold open discounted pricing if not paid for within the month of its offer pricing. If a pricing package times out from sale, contact us to pay by BACS or barter in exceptional circumstances!

£40 Per Day (8 dates) inclusive of any guest artist demos and art talks

£120 Art Student rate or £20/day

£75 Weekend Rate (Friday evening to Sunday afternoon) will include city and coast and a social

£150 Early Bird (8 days) until 31 Dec/3 Jan [to be paid by 31 Dec or 7 days after acceptance]

£175 Not-so-early Bird (8 days) until 31 Jan [payable by early Feb]

£195 Winter's nearly over Bird (8 days) until 28 Feb [payable by early March]

£215 Get a march on Bird (8 days) until 31 Mar

£235 Spring Bird (8 days) until 30 April

£255 Maybe time left Bird (8 days) until 31 May

£275 Leaving it flaming late Bird (8 days) until 30 June

£295 Last minute Bird (8 days) through July

Cancellation within 14 days of the event will result in only a transferable full credit to next year or a partial refund 75% (14-8 days before) and 50% (7-2 days before). We will be flexible where we can in extraordinary circumstances. Other cancellations we will do our best to accommodate full refunds or credits but reserve the right to charge a 10% admin fee for jury entry processing and refunds may take up to 30 days depending upon original payment method. You can also transfer your acceptance and booking to the following year's event or use a credit for any other PO event.
